This is a lock on the rims. I do not have the key. How could I defeat the lock?

Go to autozone and buy one

you A: get the key
B: take it to a shop and have them drill it out

Sledgehammer?

You can go to the hardware store or Harbor Freight, buy a cheap 1/2 drive socket that's JUST a little too small to fit over the nut, then hammer it on and use a breaker bar to remove.

We took ours to a tyre place, the guy had a box full of keys and one of them fit.

Go to tires shop? They have all keys. ALL!

Take it to an Acura/Honda dealer. Just tell them you want the locks taken off and they should pop them off for nothing.

Many auto parts stores will either sell or loan out a locking lug nut remover set.

can confirm these work. The one I used had a smooth inner bore with a taper. You run it over the lock, ease the impact gun off, tap the socket with a hammer and it seizes on and you can drive it off.

Pound a socket over it with a big sledge hammer, and use a long breaker bar.
Did that successfully with the Audi.

Uhhh... this looks EXACTLY like the security nut on my buddy's truck. I'd imagine there weren't an infinite variety of these; just go buy another one?
EDIT - yup, as someone else has pointed out, go to a tire swap centre and they're likely to have a box filled with a variety of security bit drivers, one of which should work. Don't risk brute force.

I have the same wheels on my civic.

Parts store like Advance or Pep Boys might have one. That looks like a fairly common lock pattern so maybe they would have one

Pounding on a 12pt. socket works best. The removal tools have a tendency to damage wheels or not fit at all because of the proximity to the wheel.

That looks stock Acura got to the dealer they have the keys. Or this method I want to try but haven't yet.
Loosen the other four lugs one turn then go around the block. Tighten the other four again and see if the lock came loose, repeat.

Most good tire/wheel shops have a box of those keys. I would ask.
